About

body, mind and soulIf you feel as if time is slipping by too quickly or you need to refocus your direction and want to re-balance your lifestyle, then you are not alone. Maintaining that balance between your needs, needs of others and your personal time can be difficult, but not impossible. It means that you have to find a new and more effective way to manage the stress or anxiety that may arise. Common symptoms of stress are anxiety, weight gain and digestive symptoms.  Another symptom of stress is being “stuck” or procrastinating. Maybe you have a feeling that you set aside your dreams and settled for “something safe” or there is no time left over for you lately.

Imagine starting right now to set realistic and achievable stress management goals for your improved health and wellbeing or to create a new and exciting mindset that enables you to achieve those dreams that you set aside.

So how can you do that?

The first step is to make a little time for yourself.  Schedule a 30 minute Discovery session at no charge. In this session we will have a conversation about what is going on for you and how I can best help you and how the program is structured.

  • Balance4Life Presentations include Stress Management, Meditation, From Stress to Strength – Developing Resilience, Emotional Intelligence and workshops designed specifically for a variety of organizations, schools and the over 55’s who have inquiring minds.  Previous presentations have included Small Business Victoria workshops, Professional Development for teachers, natural therapists and presentations for NFP volunteers.
  • Health and Wellbeing programs using Clinical Hypnotherapy for weight and stress reduction, including an Irritable Bowel Hypnosis program.
  • Coaching packages in person or online if you are travelling. Ideal for those transition periods where you need to get some clarity about a situation – perhaps changing jobs, looming retirement or creating a startup business from a long held interest.
  • Discussion groups to stimulate your mind. A wide ranging menu of topics from practical tools to help with issues that many over 55’s grapple with – such as being the “sandwich generation” (aging parents/young grandkids); to exploring identity, increasing your EQ, and what happens next?

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
